Return & Exchange
We do not offer refunds or exchange if you change of mind, or purchase the wrong product by mistake, or late delivery.
We do offer refunds for products damaged in transit, faulty products or an error on our part.
All goods to be returned must have a goods return authority issued by us. Please contact us via homesweetparty.hello@gmail.com with your name and order number for the goods return authority within seven days of receiving products. The issue of a goods return authority does not guarantee that we will accept the return.
For products damaged in transit, we may require a photo of damaged products to provide to our courier provider for claim of damage. The damaged products are required to be sent back to us at our cost within seven days of delivery.
For faulty products or an error on our part, we may require photos of the faulty products or errors. Then we will confirm and authorize a replacement, or credit, or refund (depends on your selection).
In any of the scenarios above, a credit, refund or replacement will be made within 14 days from the day we issued you the goods return authority and receive the returned products.
The products must be returned in good conditions, unused, and with no components or accessories missing.
Any return shipping for non-faulty products is at the buyer cost.
Note: For foil balloons, you are required to strictly follow the product inflation instruction to avoid any damage caused by wrong or over inflation. We do not offer refunds for damaged products if you do not follow instructions correctly.
