Home Sweet Party reserves the right to adjust these Terms of Trade at any time without notice.

Disclaimer

The product images are shown for illustrative purposes and may differ from actual products. Colours may also appear slightly different depending on the monitor or device used to view our site. All images and colours are not intended to form part of any contract or warranty.

Some items are handmade so minor variations may be present.

Pricing

The prices on our website are consumer prices, in NZD and include GST but exclude delivery costs. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Any shipping cost will be added to your order during the checkout process unless your order qualifies for free shipping.

Promotions or discounts on the website cannot be used in combination with other promotions, offers or discounts. Promotions and offers only apply to purchases made via homesweetparty.co.nz

Payment

We will only process and deliver your order after receipt of the payment. Home Sweet Party accepts various methods of payment including credit and debit cards. We accept no other methods of payment than those mentioned on our website. We remain the owner of the products, until you have paid for the products in full.

Refund & Return Policy

All goods to be returned must have a goods return authority issued by us. Please contact us via homesweetparty.hello@gmail.com with your name and order number for the goods return authority within seven days of receiving products. The issue of a goods return authority does not guarantee that we will accept the return.

We do not offer refunds if you change of mind, or purchase the wrong product by mistake, or late delivery.

Any return shipping for non-faulty products is at the buyer cost.

Uncollected Orders

Any click and collect orders not collected within 30 days will be cancelled and refunded, unless we have heard from you. A 10% restocking fee applies.

We ensure your personal details are kept secure. We do not sell personal information about you as a person or about your personal use of the website.

We use your personal information for handling orders, dispatching product(s), processing payments, our communication with you and the prevention or detection of fraud.

In addition, we may obtain the information about our customers to help us to personalise and continuously improve your shopping experience with us, or for promotions between us and our customers.

If you make a profile on our website you agree that we may collect personal information in accordance with the provisions of these “Terms and Conditions”.

We may disclose your personal information if this is required by the law or to protect our rights or the rights, property or security of our website and other users.
